1. 14-Day Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Customized or personalized merchandise
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or misuse

- Clear photos (required if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A defective item
- A damaged product
- An incorrect item sent by Teespear
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email about approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Please note that original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of error on our part.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrectly shipped

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment provider again
- Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
- Contact your bank

8. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production or fulfillment begins.
Once an order is in processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
